Returns & Refunds

It’s really important to us that you’re happy with anything you buy from Gift Asylum so we will accept returns of unwanted items for up to 30 days from the date you receive the item. The process is easy and all you pay for is the postage costs of returning the goods to us.

• Please be careful with the products we send you; if they’re not still in great condition we might not be able to refund you in full.
• Please include the returns form you received with your parcel.
• We must receive the returned item within 30 days of delivery.
• We’ll process the refund against the card or account (such as PayPal) which you used to pay for your order. (Excluding premium delivery costs).
• Please note that we cannot accept returns for unwanted personalised items, which are exempt from distance selling regulations.
• Please remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt from the post office; for items we would recommend using an insured service as the goods are your responsibility until they arrive back to us.

• Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Gift Asylum for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

• We can only accept items returned to us within 30 days from the date your order was despatched.
  
  Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale. Please ensure goods are returned to us in their original packaging (where applicable). Some items are not returnable due to hygiene reasons and this will be stated on the website.
  
  The items are your responsibility until they reach us; therefore, it is advisable to use a tracked delivery service or First Class post, with a proof of postage.
  
  As soon as we receive your return we will process your exchange / refund request straight away and send you an email to confirm it's been done. We try to process all returns within 24 hours.
  
  If a discount was applied to your order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.
  
  If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, or if you are not happy with any aspect of your order, we're really sorry. Please contact us prior to returning the item so that we can sort this for you.
